My 2020 Intentions
If I’m being real 2019 wasn’t the greatest year for me on a personal level..
Don’t get me wrong— I’m very thankful for my health, my little family, my wonderful friends.. But this is more to do with self reflection..
When I look back at the past 12 months I feel like I made plans for bigger and better things but just couldn’t get the time to make anything happen. It feels like all I was doing was playing catch up but never actually catching up, the list of things to do just kept getting longer and longer.
As I said before, I’m not one to make resolutions but rather set intentions. And even the intentions not be so broad and they’re too out of reach. I like the feeling of scratching things off my to do list so what better way than to set smaller goals, ones you are more likely to achieve.
So instead this year I’m keeping it small and simple.

Hi Karen,
Just reading your blog and truly enjoying it. I hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy during this difficult and uncertain time with Covid-19.
The reason I am writing is because I read you do not enjoy cooking, I go through spurts where I like cooking then I don’t have the urge to do it. Anyways I have a great recipe and it’s quite easy for crockpot turkey chili. I mean if I can make it, girl you can make it.
I found it on pinterest!
Cheers,
Emily😊
